I've heard pay lakes feed dog food

Has anyone had any discussions with Champion about the freshwater fish used in the foods? They are locally sourced in Kentucky and the entire state is under advisory about the consumption of Kentucky caught fish due to high mercury levels and PCB’S (in certain levels). Only response I have recieved from Champion is basically they test for heavy metals. With catfish meal being as high as the 4th ingredient in some formulas I don’t see how that isn’t crossing the line of servings advised by the EPA. Average 150# healthy adult is only supposed to eat 1- 8oz serving of blue catfish per month, feeding a dog 4 cups per day every day seems like it would cause poisoning over a short period of time.
