Cool Fish in Syosset, NY - WhoDoYou

During a recent visit to Long Island, friends took me to Cool Fish in Syosset. It's sort of hidden in an office park, but it was one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure to dine in. One person in my party is a regular there and the staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very cozy and chic. The food is inventive and the best tasting dishes I've ever had. We had Tuna Tartar, Fried Oysters, Pulled Pork Quesedillas. I had Pork Chops with Maple Whipped Sweet Potatoes and apple for my entree. All were outstanding. Creme Brulee for dessert was terrific and came with a ginger cookie with almonds. We tried several wines and I had a chocolate martini. The flavors in every dish and drink were perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.
